Hey! PLEASE someone tell me how to do this. I have my photos set to public and thats cool, but my nephew will be born soon and ONLY want my friends to be able to view these pictures. Can i set one folder to private but not the other?

yes you can.
from your home page, click on 'add/edit photos.'
then next to each album, you can select the album to be viewable by only you, only your friends, or everyone.
of course.. make sure you upload your nephew's pictures into a seperate album.
