I heard there was a way by which you can actually look at other ppl's pictures who have their profiles set on private? but how is this done? and where do you find this type of information?

You can't.
The closest you can get to messing with a private profile is to google the profile and look at the cache result. You can see the persons profile from a while back. Otherwise you're SOL.

you cant only if you are their friend...myspace is new and improved to keep out lookie loos and pervs looking for underaged profiles....
