Click on account settings and you will see a privacy tab. From there you can change to 'friends only' and that will make your page only available to those on your contact list.
There are always new ways cropping up for hacking into myspace to see the private pages so don't assume you are completely safe. On an up note, myspace does seem to be monitoring this closely and plugs the holes as soon as they hear tell of new ones.

It is an option in your privacy settings to make a profile private to non friends, ppl over 18 %26amp; ppl under 18. there is no way to view a private profile unless you become their friend
