How do i customize/decorate my myspace 'Private page'?

Ok, so i have seen many questions asked about how to customize your 'Private page' on myspace. But everybody mis-understands the question.

For example. This is a random profile 'set on private' which means its ot this persons actual profile. You can only view that when you add them and they accept.

Does anyone have any idea how to decorate/customize that 'private' page. I have seen it on someones private page before. So i know it can be done. Thanks so much!

The Profile that you are looking at that is Private is Decorated because MySpace's New Features now allow CSS (the Codes used to Design your layout) to be seen on Private.

If the person were to add you now, you would see the same layout on their regular profile.

There is no way to change what is shown on a Private Profile
