You cant view anything that is private on a profile unless you have them as a friend, or you add them as a friend. Tip: if a profile is set to public, and they have stuff hidden you can look at the hidden stuff, but you have to be under there profile and then go to the top link. Then where it says view at the top by file and edit, then go to page style under view and put it to no style to view there hidden stuff on public profiles. Hope I helped!!
